ok, at the risk … ok, at the risk starting a springsteen riot, I think the Nebraska album is way overrated but NOT this song….one of the BEST springsteen songs ever (along with wreck on the hiway.) it says it all

I have not seen it on vynil… but you can still but it on CD.. still my favorite album… seeing Bruce live in Toronto on Thursday… supposedly he will be playing johnny 99 this time. Seen him 6 times and never heard anything from that album… Good luck with your endevour of finding the CD. Check at HMV
This brings back … This brings back some memories, mostly sad ones. I remember my parents going out to buy a “new” car every year. As I got older, I would cringe with embarassment each time the next new clunker rolled into our apartment complex.
