Best place besides Ebay to buy vintage R/C car or truck parts?

I have an old r/c blackfoot that I am trying to fix up and I am looking for parts.

There are really only two other places that I can think of besides eBay. These are swap meets/tag sales, and forums.

Most RC forums like the ones listed below have Buy/Sell/Trade forums for these types of things. You will also likely find a Wanted forum where you can post exactly what you’re looking for and then sift through the replies. The sites do require registration, and you should be aware that there is very little in terms of buyer protection.

As for tag sales/swap meets, they are much harder to find. I personally have not seen them in my area, but you can check your local hobby shop to see if they have any info.

What parts can make a truck fly?

I was at an amazing event yesterday and this truck had some kind of generator on the back of it that helped it to fly, literally fly around in the sky not off the ground a little bit…

I was wondering what is that part called?
Why are you being ignorant? I’m almost twenty and the truck had some kind of part on it, I forgot to ask the guys what it was but it was flying.

I think what you saw is an airplane.
Sometimes airplanes are mistaken for trucks with wings.

Will a 76 Dodge Truck Be good for parts in a 73 Dodge Charger?

i have a 76 dodge truck, i think it’s that year. i was wondering if the engine would fit inside my dodge charger, and if i could rewire the charger with the truck harness. the truck has a 360 engine and my charger has a broken FUBAR of a 400 engine.

if its an automatic truck the engine and transmission will work in the charger,there’s very little to do to that one to make it interchange on it,just keep im mind that the truck is a small block and the 400 is a big block engine so you,d have to use the transmission from the truck if its automatic,it should be a 727 torque flite transmission in the truck and that’s a good tough transmission to use in the charger,good luck.

I have a 1984 Ford L9000 truck. I cannot find one website online that sells parts for it, more specificly I need a driver side and passanger doors. This is driving me insane does anyone know a site? I dont care if it is used or new i just need doors!

We have had a couple people wanting to buy parts off it but my husband wants to sell it as is. We haven’t driven it in at least 20 years. Does anyone know a reasonable price?

That stuff is hard to find, ask a pretty penny for it.

Go to a book store and buy a copy of Hemmings Motor News. It’s in the magazine section. You can find parts for just about any car or truck in there.
