    I’m not sure I see why super glue is bad. I’ve never had issues with a white film, etc. It is more expensive but it sure makes things go faster. Am I missing something?

    never ever use super glue on models of any kind. they tell you not to due to super glue leaving a white film on the parts. it seeps thru the paint as well.if you have to use it, use it only in places where eyes can not see.

    It’s so primitive that Americans are still using such toothpaste glues for model making. We all use bottle glue solutions with a small brush attached to the cap here in Asia. It’s much easy to control the amount and thickness of glue during application.

    Sometimes you can find them at Big Lots or Wal Mart. If you live in a small town, your local drug store might have them as well. Otherwise your best bet is on line like Model Empire or Hobbylink Japan
